The XBRi Mobile App delivers quick insightful analytics for end users, providing easy access to XBRi’s dynamic Loss Prevention and Operations functionality and forensic analysis via visual dashboards. Allows the user community to make more informed decisions with timely, data-driven answers to their business questions.
XBRi features multiple key areas to enhance the end user’s experience:
• Quick Lookup - Provides real-time data look-up by Store (statics review), Associate (key risk review) and Item (scan barcode for item information).
• Loss Prevention Dashboards - Interactive visual insights focused on key areas of loss including high risk activities. Ability to link down to the details of the transaction and take action by adding comments, notations and email screen captures directly to management or associates for review.
• Reports – Key reports include credit card and gift card analysis, employee transactions, refunds and exchanges, transaction journal and details. What end user needs, when they need it.
• In-store Surveys - Offers the ability to respond to surveys, and take additional actions in the store by capturing pictures, notes, and scoring results.
• Sales & Productivity - Includes Comparative sales, Stores sales flow by period, Year-over-Year comparisons, Store traffic/conversion and more.
Additional features include support for geo-maps, heat-maps, links to the eLearning application and support for the creation of helpdesk cases with the Oracle team.
